Unless we say otherwise, all references to the Sites in these terms and conditions include all such sites. These terms and conditions do not apply to your use of unaffiliated sites to which any of the Sites only links.
Eligibility
You must be eighteen or over to register as a Member of or use this Site. Membership in the Site is void where prohibited. By using and/or viewing this site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and will abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, that you are at least
18-years old (21-years old in AL, MS, NE, WY, and any other location where 18 is not the age of majority) and are interested in and wish to have access to visual images, verbal and written descriptions and audio sounds of a sexually oriented nature. The materials, which are available within this Site may include sexually visual depictions and descriptions of sexual activity or theme and should not be accessed by anyone who is younger than 18-years old (21-years old in AL, MS, NE, WY, and any other location where 18 is not the age of majority) or who is offended by such materials or who does not wish to be exposed to such materials.

In your judgment, the average adult in your community accepts the consumption of such materials by willing adults in circumstances such as this which offer reasonable insulation from the materials for minors and unwilling adults, and will not find such materials to appeal to a prurient interest or to be patently offensive; (D) That you further represent and warrant that you have not notified any governmental agency, including the U.S. postal service, that you do not wish to receive sexually oriented material; (E) That you represent and warrant that you have not and will not use and/or view the Site in a restricted location - namely a place, country, or location in which doing so would, or could be deemed a violation of any law, regulation, rule, ordinance, edict or custom; (F) You warrant that, if you are a police officer, government investigator or agent of any kind, you are registering as a Member, using the Site, and are present at any StripperSociety event only in your private, individual capacity. You warrant that if the foregoing statement should prove to be false, you are investigating any of the Members or management of the Site without disclosing your official capacity or purpose, and that your presence at any StripperSociety event, if any, is an entry into private premises without consent, in violation of the 4th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution; you further warrant that you are attending at the direction of your employers and are acting within the scope of your employment. You stipulate that an appropriate amount of liquidated damages for the illegal taking of evidence or invasion of privacy which embarrasses the Member or which results in legal process, civil or criminal, against any of the Members is $100,000 per intrusion, which reflects a reasonable estimate of probable compensatory damages for loss of privacy, including humiliation, emotional distress, necessity to pay legal fees, loss of employment or advancement, and other injuries, the amount of which is uncertain. This amount shall be awarded to each Member or management against whom the investigation is targeted or against whom civil or criminal process is brought, including execution of a search warrant. A final award under this subparagraph shall not prevent a subsequent proceeding if charges are thereafter filed against a Member, but the first award shall be an offset against the later award; (G) You represent that, if you are a member of the press (including television & radio), you are registering as a Member, using the Site, and are present at any StripperSociety event only in your private, individual capacity. You warrant that, if the foregoing statement proves to be false, you are here at the direction of your employers and are acting within the scope of your employment; that you are violating the rights of the Members to privacy under common law and the U.S. Constitution, and that an appropriate amount of liquidated damages for any published report made which portrays or describes the activities of any Member is ten dollars ($10) times the number of readers or viewers of any medium which publishes the report, which reflects a reasonable estimate of probable compensatory damages for loss of privacy, including humiliation, emotional distress, necessity to pay legal fees, loss of employment or advancement, and other injuries, the amount of which is uncertain. This amount shall be awarded to each Member named in the report or described in such a way as to permit identification of the Member by application of the description to publicly available information.
Restrictions on Use of Materials
The copyright in the pages and in the screens displaying the pages, including, without limitation, software, text, graphics, images, logos and button icons, documents and marks is held by StripperSociety, unless otherwise indicated. You may print copies of the pages from this Site for your personal use, provided you do not publish, copy or otherwise retransmit what you have printed from this Site. Beyond this limited permission, and unless otherwise permitted under copyright laws, you agree that the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, performance or storage of this material is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of StripperSociety.
All information and data submitted to the Site shall be deemed to be the sole property of StripperSociety and shall remain so in perpetuity. Any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in information submitted to the Site shall be free for use for any purpose by StripperSociety without any restrictions whatsoever.
You must abide by all additional copyright notices or other restrictions contained in any of the Sites.
Password and Security
You will receive a password and login name upon completing the Site\'s registration process. Your account information is owned by and proprietary to StripperSociety. While you may access your account information through the Site, you may not give access to your account to any other person or entity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and login name, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify StripperSociety of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. StripperSociety will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.

These terms and conditions apply only to the Sites, and not to the sites of any other companies or organizations, including those to which any of the Sites may link. We are not responsible for the availability of any other site to which any of the Sites links. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the contents, advertising, products or other materials made available through any other site. Under no circumstances will we be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged to have been caused to you in connection with your use of, or reliance on, any content, goods or services available on any other site. You should direct any concerns to that site\'s administrator or webmaster.

Forums
A "forum" means any message board, chat room, user review forum or other interactive service appearing on any of the Sites and includes both public boards and private folders. You must register in accordance with instructions that you will find on the Sites in order to contribute to any forum. You may not post on any forum, or send to any other forum user or our employee, any material that is abusive, vulgar, threatening, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, invades a person\'s privacy, violates any intellectual or other property rights, or that would otherwise violate any law. You may not use any forum in a commercial manner aside from such commercial services as are related to lawful interactions related to exotic dancing between specific and identifiable Members of the Sites. You may not post material that solicits funds, or that advertises or solicits any other goods or services. You may not post material known to be false. You may not post messages that contain stock touts. You may not post or transmit any information, software or other material that contains a virus or other harmful component. You may not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy the Site\'s web pages or the content contained herein without StripperSociety prior express written consent. You may not use any device, software or routine to bypass or to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site. You may not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. Any of the above described violations may subject your account to termination by StripperSociety without notice.
We are not responsible for material appearing in any forum on the Sites, except for material signed by one of our identified representatives. We are not responsible for screening material posted by users for libel, obscenity, invasion of privacy, copyright or trademark infringement, accuracy, or for any other reason. We retain, however, the right to modify or remove messages or other material that we, in our sole discretion, consider infringing, offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, stale, or otherwise unacceptable. This site is designed specifically for strippers,client/fans, adult night clubs, employees/staff who support the adult entertainment industry. Please help us maintain StripperSociety as a safe place for strippers,client/fans, adult night clubs, employees/staff to meet and connect inside the at Member Events.

PHOTO POLICY
All photos must be reviewed and approved by the Administrator prior to being viewed or voted on by other Members. No Nudity, partial, or otherwise will be accepted.
CLARIFICATION: Please note, we DO NOT ALLOW NUDE or TOPLESS PHOTOS. No Nipples or Areola, No Genitals. Photos with these items will be removed. Members who attempt to upload these types of photo risk having their accounts temporarily suspended or permanently deleted from our community. You may be removed at any time for violating this policy. Furthermore, Members are prohibited from uploading photos of themselves in underwear or sexually provocative states of undress or arousal. StripperSociety reserves the right to deny any photo we believe may be offensive to the general Membership or is in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Please note that you must appear in each of the photos - we will not post photos with children in them.
Photos of cartoon characters or celebrities are copyrighted and cannot be posted.
You are not entitled to any compensation for any materials you may post on the Sites.
Creative Submissions
We welcome your comments about any of the Sites. However, unless a site has set up a specific submissions policy, we will not review or consider any unsolicited creative submissions. We hope you will understand that this policy is intended to avoid the possibility of future misunderstandings in the event that projects developed by our professional staff might seem to others to be similar to their own creative work. Accordingly, we must ask that you not send us any original creative ideas, suggestions or materials. If, despite our request, you send us any creative idea, suggestion or material ("Submission"), it shall become our property. No Submission will be subject to any obligation of confidence by us, and we will not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submission. Termination
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Site(s) and/or are a Member. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by written or email notice of termination. StripperSociety may terminate your membership for any reason or no reason, effective upon sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership, or such other email address as you may later provide to StripperSociety. If StripperSociety terminates your membership because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees.
Privacy Policy
StripperSociety takes every precaution to protect your privacy. Only authorized employees have access to your username, password and credit card information, and StripperSociety has strict rules for its employees who have access either to the databases that store user information or to the servers that host our services. While we cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration to data will not occur, we make every effort to prevent such unfortunate occurrences. Your credit card number is encrypted prior to transmission. StripperSociety will not give information of any kind about a Member to anyone unless required by a legal subpoena. Members should take care to protect their username and password. Exit from your web browser after every use. Choose a username and password that only you know or can guess. Jurisdictional Issues
We control and operate this site from our offices in the United States of America. We do not represent that materials on the site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall be governed by construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any action brought by you or StripperSociety in connection with or related in any manner to this Site or Service, your use of this Site, Service or Agreement shall be brought only in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts. If any provision of this Agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby. This is the entire agreement between you and us relating to the subject matter it contains. This agreement may be modified only by our posting of changes to these terms and conditions, or by a writing signed by both parties.
